These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules, responsibilities, and rights that apply to anyone accessing or using our services via our website, mobile applications, diagnostic programs, health coaching services, subscriptions, or any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Healthiverse Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all services offered by Healthiverse Wellness Private Limited, including but not limited to:
- Preventive health and wellness programs
- Nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and behavioural coaching services
- Hormone testing and other diagnostic services provided via partner laboratories
- Digital health questionnaires, reports, and AI-based insights
- Teleconsultations and digital support services
- Educational content, webinars, and wellness resources
- Mobile application and website functionality
- Subscription services and program memberships
- Purchase of physical wellness products or diagnostic kits
These Terms apply whether Services are accessed online, via mobile device, through partner facilities, or through any other medium.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
Health recommendations and wellness programs are intended for general preventive health purposes and are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
3. Health Disclaimer
Healthiverse provides wellness insights, preventive health recommendations, and behaviour-change programs. These Services are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Diagnostic reports, AI-generated insights, or coaching suggestions should be interpreted in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.
Healthiverse does not provide emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and updated personal information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized data access
Healthiverse shall not be liable for losses arising due to failure to maintain account security.
5. Appointments, Programs and Cancellations
Consultations, coaching sessions, and diagnostic services may be scheduled through our platform or support team.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may lead to deduction of session credits or fees
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of session access
Healthiverse reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to operational or partner-related constraints.
6. Payments, Billing and Refunds
All program fees, subscriptions, and diagnostic service charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified.
We accept digital payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported payment gateways.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and may be subject to administrative deductions.
Certain services may be fulfilled by third-party partners whose billing terms may apply separately.
7. Subscriptions and Program Packages
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Program packages are non-transferable
- Unused benefits may expire based on program validity
- Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
8. Products, Kits and Deliveries
Healthiverse may offer physical wellness products, supplements, or diagnostic kits. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on logistics providers.
- Products once opened may not be eligible for return unless defective
- Users must provide accurate shipping information
- Healthiverse is not liable for courier-related delays
9. Digital Platform and AI Features
Our platform may include health tracking tools, dashboards, predictive insights, and AI-generated wellness suggestions.
These features are designed for informational and behavioural support purposes only. Healthiverse does not guarantee medical accuracy or outcome effectiveness of algorithm-based insights.
10. Third-Party Services
Some Services are delivered via partner laboratories, logistics providers, technology vendors, or payment processors.
While we work with reputable partners, Healthiverse is not responsible for errors, delays, or service issues arising from third-party operations.
11. Limitation of Liability
Healthiverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including but not limited to health outcomes, technical disruptions, or data transmission risks.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform content including text, graphics, reports, algorithms, software, branding elements, and educational material are owned or licensed by Healthiverse. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide misleading information
- Engage in unlawful or abusive behaviour
- Attempt to misuse platform data or systems
Outstanding dues remain payable after termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
